6 FREE 1-1 sessions included in your membership
As a member of Nirvana Spa, you are able to enjoy six one to one sessions with a fitness coach per membership year.
These sessions are designed to support your wellbeing journey. Each session can be focused in either the Nirvana Fitness or in the Dead Sea Salt Therapy Pool.

(Your one-to -one session must take place during a Spa visit)
1-1 Programme
Step 1. Book your appointment with a Fitness coach or at Reception.
Step 2. You will receive a booking confirmation with all the details of your appointment.
Step 3. Before entering the pool your fitness coach will discuss your goals and will go through a PARQ (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire). Your coach will recommend exercises or movements which will help you achieve your well-being goals.
Step 4. If your coach has prescribed specific exercises you will be sent an email with details of your programme and video prompts.
Please note, if you are a spa club member you must be booked into the spa for a visit to use the Dead Sea Salt Therapy Pool or have a 1-1 appointment.

Additional sessions for Spa Club members
Our unguided Relief, Recovery and Rehabilitation sessions can be booked as a single session or as a block of 10 sessions.
£15 per 30 minute session
£135 for 10 x 30 minute sessions
